1 lb. hot breakfast sausage
3 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
4 Tbsp. picante sauce
1/4 c. onion
4 fresh jalapeno peppers (cut off stem)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. large flour tortillas
Cook breakfast sausage, cool and process in food processor until chopped very fine
Chop onion, whole jalapenos and picante sauce in food processor until chopped very fine.
Mix everything with softened cream cheese and sour cream.
Spread mixture on flour tortillas and roll them up. Wrap the roll ups in saran wrap and chill.
Cut before serving.
