Italian Shake and Bake

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. canola oil

(Coating for Meat - low fat, low sodium)

Mix wheat flour, paprika, pepper, onion flakes, oregano, sage, poultry seasoning, celery seed, and garlic powder.
Then mix in canola oil with a fork.
Store in cool place in tight container.
