Hash Brown Casserole

30 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
3 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. dried chives
2 Tbsp. dried onion
1 stick melted butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
Seasoned bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Thaw hash browns for 45 minutes.
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Put into 9x13 baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake for one hour.
This recipe is easy to prepare the night before - just bake it in the morning.
