2 lbs red or Idaho potatoes, unpeeled, quartered
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. miracle whip salad dressing
3/4 tsp. garlic powder OR 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Beat potatoes, milk, dressing and garlic powder with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy or mash until desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with red pepper curls and Italian parsley.

Note: Wait a few minutes before increasing garlic after preparation as garlic flavor will build over time.
