Frito Salad

1 lrg. head lettuce
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
6 or 7 green onions
1 - 26 oz. can Ranch Style Beans
1 - 8oz. bottle Catalina dressing
1 c. diced tomatoes
1 - 15oz. bag original Fritos

Tear lettuce; add cheese, onions, and tomatoes.
Just before serving, drain ranch style beans and add to salad.
Stir in Fritos and Catalina Dressing.
To make this a Taco Salad:
First brown and drain 11/2 lbs. ground chuck (I sometimes use ground turkey)
Heat beans with 11/2 Tbsp. chili powder-simmer for ten minutes. Let cool and continue with the Frito salad recipe.
