Eagle Brand Milk Substitute

1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
2/3 c. sugar or Splenda
1/3 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. melted margarine (unsalted for low sodium)

(low fat, low sodium, low sugar)

Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
Equivalent to one 14 oz. can of Eagle Brand Milk.
